Cancellation Policy

Three nights Security Deposit is required to secure a reservation. Ten nights booking or longer require a deposit of 6 nights. Refundable (less $50.00 cancellation fee), if cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival; Christmas season 60 days. Thereafter deposit applied to any canceled night(s) of a confirmed reservation. If accommodation is re-sold for canceled period, no cancellation charge will be applied. TRAVEL INSURANCE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Balance payable 21 days before arrival.

Cashier's checks, international money orders, Traveler’s checks, major credit cards and US Dollars are accepted for payment. Personal checks are not accepted. Deposit and cancellation terms are applied strictly. Rates and conditions are subject to change without notice.
